Free Returns

We proudly offer 100% Free Returns across Pakistan. If you wish to return an item, you will not be charged any return shipping fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The return request is initiated within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order (we recommend within 7-14 days).

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags, luxury boxes, and seals intact (especially important for perfumes and jewelry).

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply contact our support team. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with easy instructions on how to hand over the package to our courier partner at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 4 to 6 business days for the refund to be fully processed and credited back to your original method of payment or bank account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, the fastest way is to return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
